Frame warranty
We offer a 12-month warranty that covers any quality or manufacturing defects of the frame. If you experience any issues during this time, we’ll provide a free repair or exchange.
This includes accessories with quality problems (nose pad, temple rubber, screw). We're here to make sure you're happy with your purchase and that it lasts.
Lens warranty
>Vision issues (within 30days of purchase)
- free replacement will be provided if you face vision problems after purchasing lenses
>Coating-related issues (within 1 to 2 years)
- During this time, if you experience any problems with the lens coating, such as peeling or bubbling, we will repair or replace the lenses as part of our warranty service.
